Returns & Exchanges
Conditions
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase from our store, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for another item, provided that the items are returned:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags, within 14 days of the order date.
All refunds are issued at the discretion of Lang & Duggan Pty Ltd and we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with the above conditional points.
Exchanges will only be given on size and colour. Please return the incorrect item to Lang & Duggan Pty Ltd within 14 days of receiving the item(s) by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘for exchange’ when indicating the reason for the return.
Method of refunds
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding your original postage costs (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), within 30 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to present on a customer’s bank statement. The refund will present as a credit notice.

Return of sale items
Please note that Lang & Duggan Pty Ltd does not accept returns on sale items —unless goods are faulty or not as ordered. All sales are final.
Packaging an item for return
Please pack the item securely into the original packaging (where possible). Include the returns slip. If you are unable to enclose the returns slip, please ensure your order number, name, and billing address is sent with the returned items.
Do not reuse our Australia Post satchel packaging to return your item to Lang & Duggan Pty Ltd. All return postage must be prepaid by you. Lang & Duggan Pty Ltd can only refund delivery charges if the item was damaged or defective, or if we’ve sent the wrong item.
We recommend that you obtain proof-of-postage and retain this until you receive your refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to address details that are shown below.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our PO Box.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
